When I'm older.....

I want too be a Surgeon!
Always, from when I was a lil' kid, I have wanted too be a Surgeon.
AND I WILL BE ONE.

I got 3 sciences at School. A*'s in my mocks. Just I dont know what too do next?
Any ideas /b/loggers?
